PCR Standards and Practice Guidelines 2009
A committee on PCR Standards and Practice Guidelines was convened by the PCR Board of Directors last July 2008 to prepare PCR recommended minimum standards in imaging. The proposed document was published for review by the PCR membership from November 2008 to February 2009.
PCR standards and Practice Guidelines for diagnostic imaging have been divided
into five general topics:
1. General Guidelines
2. Skeletal Imaging in Children and Adults3. Contrast Studies
4. Musculoskeletal Imaging
5. Non Contrast Studies- Abdominal Imaging
6. Teleradiology
